As part of Stitch Well’s commitment to customer care and satisfaction, we ensure quality every time – no matter how custom your request may be. We strive to serve excellence, and are happy to hear from you if something is not quite right.

Our standard operation time and policies are:

  • You can anticipate pick up of your altered garment(s) within one week of leaving it with us*
  • If you would like us to take another look at the adjustments made, please return your item of clothing to us within one week after your initial pick up date
  • We ask all of our clients to please pay for any adjustment services on the date of dropping your item(s) with us
  • Last-minute requests happen, we understand there’s always unexpected things that can happen in life! If you need something done in a short timeframe, please reach out to our team and we will be happy to accomodate**

    *Depending on the scale and complexity of your adjustment request, it may take us longer to get things just right. Please ask our seamstresses for a projected pick-up time when you drop off a custom order with us
